NZ ATRAC3 checkout problem

I used Sonic Stage to check out an ATRAC song to my NZ (by putting the clie into audio transfer mode...etc...) but Sonic Stage keeps telling me : " Failed to authenticate Device/Media"
I'm using a 128 MG MS....Am I missing something....or doing something wrong?

The thread u sent me to did not mention anything about the error message that i received (i wasn't registered when i entered the post). Can you be more specific on what could be causing this. I used sonic stage to rip the cd tracks to ATRAC3 then used it to "check " them out to my clie....that's when the error message happened. I do have a MG MS (128) so this should not happen right?
