I thought the book was just ok...
...then again, it was superb since it was free :D

I read his latest (Eastern Standard Tribe) and I thought it was just ok too...kinda awkward reading at first though.

I do like the ideas he presents in his books. Dig the geek factor.

EST didn't grab me like Down and Out did, but they're both very good. I think D&O is a really good read, with future-think of the highest order. Really worth the read. And Cory's (http://www.craphound.com) an author who puts his money where his mouth is when it comes to copyright issues, which makes me like him even more.
