I'd like to turn my USB hot sync cradle into UDB hotsync-charge cradle, so I would not have to connect the power supply. Has anyone tried that? Would it be enough to take USB +5V and GND and connect it to the cradle?

Check out EBay for USB sync/chg cables.

I purchased a USB sync/chg cable for about $10 plus ship.

Car adapter/USB sync/chg cables are also available at a reasonable price on Ebay. Check carefully because some car adapters are only for car charging.

Guys, the deal is I have the sync/charge cable!!
But I want a sync/charge CRADLE!

As I now see it the easiest thing would be to get another cable, cut the connector, and soldier the cradle instead...

Any other thoughts??
