Well I gave into temptation and ordered an Ipaq h4155 for emulation and the great form factor. Have I made a horrible mistake?? (I've had an Asus A620BT before so I'm not unfamiliar with PPCs, I just wanted wireless)

What I'll mostly be using my PDA for is:

MP3 player
Watching Simpsons/Seinfeld/movies
Checking email and browsing the web a bit
Talking on AIM
I would like to play some games (what nice Palm games do you guys suggest?)
And I'm starting summer classes in a week so jotting notes down and maybe viewing powerpoint presentations would help.
(I also have very little use for the UX50's camera so it's sort of wasted space)

Glad to see that there are other Seinfeld watchers out there. :)

Is it really worth $450 to buy what you already have (just a bit more)? You already have a UX50 with mostly everything that the IPAQ H4155 has. $450 to test out Wireless features on a PPC? I don't think it's worth it.

Well, the ipaq is $360 but it's a lot easier to hold and write with because of the form factor. Gaming will also be a lot easier. I also hear that the screen is quite readable in the sun, something I do a lot while studying. My UX50 is quite horrible in sunlight :)

My UX50 is all but unreadable in direct sunlight or even outside during the day. This is where I really miss my old NX80V. That was VERY readable in sunlight/outdoors.

Winexprt, I'm in the same boat. Plus, I feel not unlike a traitor having replaced my '80 with a '50! Like when I sold my car to move to this country. Very inconvenient not to have it for those two short weeks. But when I sold my BIKE! Wanted to cry...
