How do I transfer pics to my PC.

Make sure you have DATA EXPORT installed in your pc first (it comes with the SONY installation CD) then plug in the USB cable to the pc and to your CLIE. Run DATA IMPORT in your handheld, Windows will recognize you CLIE as an external drive. Look for your pictures inside the DCIM/101MSDCF folder.

Another option is to get a memory stick reader. They are quite cheap--I picked up one a few months ago for free after a $10 rebate at OfficeMax. If you live in the US, OfficeMax has these deals pretty regularly. Otherwise, it'll cost you $20 or less.
