Hi

Sometimes my ux50 reset and i had to do a hard reset because
when i do a soft reset i have a blank windows with in the status bar "reset"
i have to to say no when he ask for restore data because if i see yes i have again the same windows

did someone have this pb ?

ummm, no thats a problem, but it might be software, if you are trying to restore a software thats screwing it up, it would keep screwing it up. When you backup lost data when you hotsync, it puts this bad software back on, hard reset, then dont hotsync per se but delete backup, and install one app at a time via archive in you C:/sony handheld/d/archive folder.

no the pb is when i do a hard reset i have a window where at the bottom of the window there is a message : reset

I have to make a hard reset and answer no at the question of restore data from Nand memory.
If a say yes for restoring data from NAND i will have the same pb(the same window).

So i have no choice and i make a hard reset with no restore data.

Before this pb i have a lot of memorymanager null message and EMul
message

How to delete all the data ?

turn off unit while pushing reset, hold unit slider down until restart then answer the questions on device and it will reset to new
