View Full Version : share datebook between 2 pdas
does anyone know how to sync the datebooks between 2 pdas (a clie nr70 and palm tungten t)? Either by using a third party datebook or, preferably, the palm datebook. I have searched for any answers, but could not find any.

Fotr me, What I did was, I bought TT for my wife. And I copy all of our commons contact to her TT from my NX70 by... First create a new user in Palm Desktop for clie. Then open the Palm Desktop as that second user, so that it will create a folder under "C:\Program Files\Sony Handheld". Next open "Sony Handheld" folder in C:\Program Files\Sony Handheld. You'll see a new folder as your new user name. Open your original user (1st one) folder and copy "datebook" folder for datebook and "address" folder for address, ""todo"... and Paste into your new user folder and over write everythings. Then you'll sync your TT to this new user, and all of your data will be in it. Hope this help...

You could try the Palm DualDate freeware utility:

does anyone know if you can get dualdate to be hirez? version 1.0 doesn't seem to support it, and I can't find a higher version (although there are implications of 1.1 existing)

With datebk5 you can share calendars, you set CATEGORIES and you can set some options to skip some data.
It is Hires+ and is a very powerful app. I recommend it.
