Schizophrenia - Where to find?

Does anybody of you guys (and girls ;)) know where I could find the programm Schizophrenia?

It's designed to manage different UserIDs for different apps. I'm requesting for it, since I have some old UID for Beiks, but I wanny change my UID generally.

I've found the programm once, but somehow forgotten to remember the link :(
