IR on the TH55

I have a problem with my IR on my Th55. I can send stuff, but I can't receive things. Eg. is when I play a game I can send it but when the other person sends it back, thiere palm pilot says, that it can't find a recieving handheld. What should I do? :confused:

Search the forum... all your problems (flash games, movie recorder and this) could be solved that way.

Finally i found person how clie th55 have same broblems what i have, but anyway it you can't receive, because it is palm device.... so i thing that we need update to clie th55 devices that can give better combability to receive data from palm devices, so for now you wonder why i sayed ''better'' so i sayed better because it will receive pictures quite good, but softwares :( so that is problem, but i discovered also that, that receive and sending devices places are important things...

And my beam send device was : palm zire 71

Using recent version Palm devices to send data to TH55 is a known issue. One of the members posted a great workaround (sorry, I didn't search archives to give proper credit). When trying to receive from a Palm, use TH55 to simultaneously SEND a short memo. Both the send and receive will succeed.
