When will they come up with Fish Tycoon for OS 4.1 and below? They did that for Plant Tycoon but I much prefer fishes to plants. :p

I agree. You can download the PalmOS Cobalt simulator from Palmsource (you'll have to register as a developer first) and install it on there. After that, right click on the screen, and select Storage > Save...

What do you want to know? The simulator is very basic. It includes all the standard PIM apps, a media player, some connectivity apps, like a phone dialer, SMS, and a web browser. (can't get it to work) The DIA (Dynamic Input Area) is very nice, the Home, Find and Menu buttons have been moved to the status bar, leaving nothing but pure VG like the Tapwave DIA. There's also WAN/WLAN and Bluetooth status icons in the status bar. Tapping them brings up a dialog box to ask if you want to connect to the internet. Also, you can change the brightness AND contrast of the screen. You can install non-Palm type files onto the device thanks to the heap based RAM disk. The PIM apps are basically unchanged. In the Date Book, there are tabs to show the days of the week, instead of them bieng in the top-right corner of the screen like in older versions. You can also connect to the internet / Bluetooth without going to the Prefs app There's multitasking, too! You can play a video, when you exit the media player, you can still hear audio from the video. IMHO, it looks very promising.

Ok I have downloaded the Palm Cobalt Simulator and Garnet Simulator. Have yet to try Cobalt but have been having loadsa fun on the Garnet. I installed Plant Tycoon and Fish Tycoon on the Garnet Simulator and just love the HiRes look. Now I need to pester LDW to come up with a HiRes PT version just for Sony Clie with OS5 below. :D
I realised I don't like Fish Tycoon as much as PT because fishes move about and it's a bit hard to keep track of their health and so on. Okie, may be I need to spend more time playing it first. ;)
