This game is so nice when using the Clie game controller. Just about as fun as playing Mario Kart for the SNES.

MQ is a great game, it´s well playable without a game controller even on a TH55. Hopefully one day there will be new tracks/cups. You want to play the best racing game available for POS? go, get MicroQuad.

This is definitely a fun game but I have a problem with the copy protection. It is DEVICE specific, not PALM ID specific. As a result I can't play it on my T3 because it was registered on my TC. I have to say that I disagree with this type of copy protection.

It was activated on my TC. But, the key doesn't work on my T3. I did email a few days ago and am waiting for a response.

You will get used to it. Just play with gentle tapping of the 5 way pad... This is easier to control than D3D, just let the momentum slide you round corners.

Analogue control is a fairly recent thing, I remember playing all games in digital!

Yeah, as I highlighted in the review though, it's great 2 player. I do actually prefer GTS for 1 player... Just wish they would update it to MQ's quality.

Problem starting my MicroQuad on the TH55. I have already installed the damn game:
I am having a problem starting the game after I have installed it on my handheld. I click on the icon and the game loads, displays the MicroQuad logo and endlessly shows me MICROQAUD A VIEX GAME, CONCEPT AND PROGRAMMING..... ORIGINAL TO REGISTER VISIT WWW.VIEX.ORG". When I touch the screen, I get <<< GRAND PRIX>>>, I then proceed to touch the right arrow (>>>) and it flashes CREDITs and goes back to the scrolling signs above and keeps scrolling....!! I am upset. Plus I have already paid and registered and received my registration ID and loaded my registration ID and the game will not start.

Please Help anyone!!

I also have a TH55, but have not had any problems with the install. Everything is working fine on my end. Maybe uninstall and reinstall the program again.

I agree with you there. I hate it when it becomes device specific. You should be able to get a new code through their website (a maximum of 3 changes only). The link is here (http://www.viex.org/?page=http://62.212.98.90/microquad/registered). All you need is the email you registered with and the order ID they provided you. Then you add the new registration ID and get your new unlock key.

I'd say for 3D games its probably:
1. MicroQuad
2. GTS Racing

6th Gear just doesnt look as good.

I think MicroQuad would be even better if I had an Analogue Controller, but I don't. Is there a way to configure the controls to allow you to play the game using hard buttons?

Please check options, you can't miss MODIFY KEY FUNCTIONS...
I play microquad with hard buttons, because the screen buttons are very poor...

If you want know what i use when i play it :
-first put AUTO ACCELERATOR on

-then go to MODIFY KEY FUNCTIONS
left is third button
right is back button
accelerate is first datebook button
break is clie organicer pop up button
fire is free notes button

Can someone please explain to me how these guys can make the game play in landscape mode and yet no one else has managed to write a driver to get our NX's to view in this mode?

Am i being too simplistic?

Yes, A driver to make other programs run in landscape would require hacking into the OS and and redirecting a number of calls to and from it. Making a landscape mode for your own software is different since the program itself would flip the display and send that to the OS.

Hey... i got this problem that someone already mentioned, about setting the controls and then not being able to start the game anymore...
It just keeps on cycling between Grand Prix and Credits... =(

Please does anyone know how to fix this???

I've tried reinstalling/resynchronizing it again, deleting and reinstalling, plz someone help me cuz I was nearly finishing the game, but made the stupid mistake of fooling around in the options menu...

For the copy protected file, did you try to see the "details" of the file using Filez and to unchek "copy protect" and "read only" attributes before deleting the file?
