I was able to do this with my old palm iii but not this 600 dollar clie? I dont want a wireless card. I just want to be able to use avantgo like i use too and now, i cant.

is there anyway possible to get access to the net over the usb cradle for the clie?

Right now this is the only way. Keep in mind it's still a beta. There is a thread or two on it and some have it working.

Your Palm probably had a serial port, USB is a lot different.

Don't know how you used to use Avantgo but for NX/OS 5 it's all done via Hot Sync; no need for additional software other than AG for OS 5 of course. I use it that way and it works fine.

I also use the PPP software previously mentioned for WorldMate & Email syncing. Some ppl have had problems; I was a lucky one and got it working.
