I bought a keyboard when I bought my NZ90, because the guy at CompUSA thought it was compatible. I went on my merry way installing the software before I noticed it couldn't possibly fit to plug it in -- duh!

Now, I can't delete the keyboard program, using delete, from my already memory heavy Clie. Since I didn't look before I put it on -- can anyone tell me if there is already a program called keyboard on the handheld, presumably for the built-in keyboard/. Maybe that's why I can't delete it.

Thanks!

look at the creator of the file. it should be about 3 or 4 letters and/or numbers. if it is all lowercase, it is a palm os app that came installed on your clie and thats why you can't delete it.

I had the same problem - I tried to use the Sony keyboard that works perfectly with the NR with my NX. Of course it isn't compatible (doh! Sony).

I only managed to get rid of the files through a hard reset - I think the issue is that one of the "keyboard" associated files is the JogAssist app which is in ROM. I could be wrong.
