Capture Button App Idea

I have been itching for an app that can do this for a few days now. I thought I would throw the idea up in the air for any developers who might like to take a shot.

I imagine this would be a very simple app. I want to be able to launch the Still Camera, Video Camera, and Voice Recorder apps all from the capture button of the NX/NZ. You could have it so you set three different apps to launch when you...

- Press the Capture button once
- Hold down the Capture button for a second
- Press the Capture button twice quickly

Make it have the option to launch other apps if the motivation found you, but I would be very happy just choosing between the three camera/voice apps.

If there is already an app that can do these things, I'd really appritiate anyone who could provide a link.

And I always find situations where I would like to have instant access to either of the three. This app would be uber-useful!

Been toying with that idea myself, though I don't think I could pull off the programming (yet).

I'm no programmer, but I think the simplest way, without messing with too many low-level OS functions would be something like this.
1. Create a app and tell TealMaster to launch it on rec-press (It's just an event like any other, so if it isn't allready in there ask Teal and I'm sure they will be quick to add it).
2. Tell that app, when launched to check on it's own, if the button is a) still pressed, or pressed again or released.
3. Depending on the result edit the prefs database (The Recbutton settings are probably stored in there)
4. Simulate a normal buttonpush of the recbutton.

Best luck to whoever wants to do it. I personally would love to get my hands on such a thing
