Safari Browser on Mac OS X: No Mouse-over

Question for mods:
On my work Dell with WinXP, I see the pop-up notes when mousing over the little green square and scales beneath members' avatars, but not so with Mac OS X and the Safari browser. Will this be corrected?

The mouse-over pop-up works for the thread titles to see the beginnining post.

Is the non pop-up a problem with the (Apple) Safari browser, or the website?

As a clarification, there is no pop-up over the thread titles, I was mistaken.
