I've spent the last month or so adding, learning, tweaking, deleting and customizing my TH-55 to get it to this point. I am now content with its setup and am not running into any issues that I can't seem figure out... so far.

I just thought I would post this fact, since we only tend to see problems spoken here rather than successes. Thanks to all who provide their time and share information with other Clie users, often strangers with a common goal in mind.

Now that I'm not running into any issues my fear is that I won't visit 1SRC as often as the weeks pass, because life is busy and sometimes that's how things go; but I hope that doesn't happen.

I had a little issue with the charging light not going out, but that's resolved.
A happy TH55 owner here, too (along with a UX50 and others)
:)
Glad to hear another happy TH user, as well!

Cool. When I upgrade from my SJ33 to [some OS5 or Cobalt device] I can't use the backup I have on a MemoryStick because of some damn bluetooth drivers, that's going to be frusturating with re-registering apps and setting up ZLauncher

Think of it as an adventure! I'm in the process of getting a new handheld, and changing/updating stuff will take me a while, which I like. I enjoy messing with technology as long as it's not too cantankerous!

hamsammich, when did you get your TH55? Just recently?

No, actually, I had it before the UX50. I liked it, don't get me wrong, but I wanted some more features that the UX had. I "loaned" the TH to my wife and I use the UX.

What a sweet thought, cbhiii! That's actually where I am with my TG-50, but my TH-55/E is arriving next week ... ordered the day Sony announced no more Clies in the US this year. The knowledge and experience users so kindly shared with me on these boards was indispensable in helping me get my Clie doing all the wonderful things it does, and I'm grateful to all of the persons who took the time to assist me.

I'm looking forward to getting my making the TH-55/E "mine" and learning its ways, too!

Thanks to you early adaptors and a lot of experience I got my BT and wifi running smoothly along with most of the apps I had on my NX80.

Thanks for the help!
