audioplayer/clie viewer not working

Hi my NZ90 has just started to act kind of strangely. Mainly, audioplayer freezes up my clie every time I try to open it up, so I have to do a soft reset. I've already done one hard reset, but the problem persists. Also, clie viewer works, but rather than enumerating all the data when you open it, it goes through each picture individually and loads them. That takes a long, long time. If anyone knows how to fix these problems I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

when you do a hard reset, do you restore(either hotsync or other backup?)

if so, then you will get those errors again cause it will restore the original problems as well

isolate what programs are causing conflicts
maybe when doing a hard reset, try audio player to see if it works well
if so, its a software conflict

I did a hard reset and then checked to see if audioplayer worked, it did. But once again, after I synchronize it with the computer and it restores everything, audioplayer no longer works. So how can I go about fixing the issue? Thanks for all your help.

you'll have to find out what file is causing the conflict

or you could reinstall everything one by one
