Before Files section is added, may i suggest...

When files section is added, i am first off assuming that all files on cliesource are going to be transfered as well. I strongly recommend the following:

All files should be gone through and re catagorized.(IE all silkskins put into correct folder, etc) PLUS
Currently in cliesource in the Skins/Yishow/Backgrounds there are several catagories with background images in them. This is a great idea but, this should be in its own catagory not hidden under Yishow as lots of programs now use images as backgrounds. For example there are also images in Zlauncher skins as well.
STRICT Rules should be put into place as to where to place something! For example if you have a picture it should not be placed under the skins catagory, it should instead be placed under Backgrounds and then in the appropriate catagory. I think that the only way to really do this is moderater approved where the mod not only approved what it is but where it goes.

Therefore you should have "Yishow" then "Yishow Skins" and Yishow Icons."
Then you should have "Zlauncher" then "ZL skins" and "Zl Icons"
And seperate should be "Backgrounds" then by catagory as is the case currently with yishow backgrounds.

There were some problems with people just cropping an image and uploading it as a yishow background. How about making a rule that only original backgrounds (self-made) can be uploaded? Similar to all the upload categories, everything should be original. This should reduce the problems we had before.

I think that sounds good, only original, after all anyone can crop an image.
