MS Import vs XP Professional

when first time connected to PC (Window XP Professional SP2), Wizard asked to install "Sony USB Mass Storage". during instln, Wizard prompted;
..the software you are installing for this hardware (Sony USB Mass Storage)
has not passed windows logo testing to very its compatibility with Window XP... have continued instlng but failed. is there any other s/ware that is compatible with XP? my Hewlett Packet pendrive (thumbdrive) works well with the XP, so i dont think the USB driver (PC) was the problem. pls help...

I have Windows XP Professional and have had no problem using MS Import and either the standard window that pops up or Windows Explorer when I connect.

funny...i actually did continue installing the s/ware and each time i got connected, there will a mssg "a problem occured during instln (Sony USB Mass Storage) and you may have some problem bla bla bla....". i ignored that but in the end i could only use Photo Studio to access the 'F' drive (i.e the Memory Stick).....sigh.... just to cnfm, when installing Sony USB Mass Storage, do you actually have to run the CD (one came together in the package) ? did not do that and maybe Wizard was using my NR's s/ware?...
