BackdropGC, is there an alternative?

I tried using BackdropGC, it is pretty good but it messes up my apps, it makes icons and letters super huge. Are there any other background applications for the Sj30?

try ZLauncher. you can test it for free, it's only 12 bucks, and it's oh so much more than a background app. read about it in the apps forum.

The super-huge letter problem is due to the fact that backdrop doesn't handle hi-res and therefore screws with hi-res apps. You just have to disable backdrop from running in those specific apps. Then you'll be fine.

Are you using it on a hi-res device? From what I remember it wouldn't even let me run the program, saying that it didn't support high-res.
