MPG3 converiosn software

I am looking for conversion software that will convert the standard Clie MQV movie format to a format viewable in MPG-3 desktop viewer software e.g. Quicktime 5 (and NOT 6). Any ideas?

Yeah, get Quicktime 6 Pro and convert it to MPG for Quicktime 5.
MQV files are in QT6 format, it's really the only player that can view them.

I want to know how to create files from QT6 that are playable in my Clie (using mp4). Ah well.
