I NEED Palm™ Desktop for CLIÉ™ and Intellisync Lite

I have the NX70V and as I said, I need the Palm™ Desktop for CLIÉ™ and Intellisync Lite software for the CLIE I just bought. The original CD is too scratched up (didnt know this when I bought it)
