Confused by Margi support for OS5.2

In the US the TH-55 ships with Margi Presenter-To-Go

I live in the UK and the Margi product trial was not on the CD for the /E1 version..

Can US users confirm:
1. Is it on the CD?
2. Does it run on the th55?

I know the hardware does not support the TH, and since the hardware is the most important part of the whole thing, it is not worth trying to run.
