It is a bit slower tonight than before (when it was dropping second by second ). But it has still drained down over 45% in 2 hours. Is that normal?

I think it depends on a number of factors -

* playing MP3 ?
* screen on or off ?
* screen brightness ?

From experience, I lost approximately 10% from a full charge by playing a couple of games or reading an e-book for an hour or so with brightness set to 75%.

Battery life is rated for 5 hours, or 30 minutes a day for 10 days. MP3 life can be from 2.5 hours to 4 hours, depending on the backlite setting. The higher the setting to more power it will consume.
