Up- and Down-Keys emulation?

Has anybody an idea about an app which emulates the up- and down-keys for Jog-Dial (for specific apps only)?

The question raises, because Mapopolis 1.39 does not support the JogDial and only the Up/Down-Keys - which is painful to use :( . I hope it's only bug in their dev, and some features I wanna use which are not in 1.35, eg. more convenient dir-selection ...

The emulation/map or however you wanna call it, should be only available in Mapopolis - no other programs.

OKey is quite small button-handling. Isn't it?Couldn't handle with my thumb fingers?
