open status screen dies!!!!!

Just wondering... but my refurbished nz90 wont work in open format. (ie you cant use the physical keyboard for anything) when in open format the screen shuts off and any keys pressed make the green led flash like the hold button is engaged. when the unit is closed and the screen is facing me it works fine. I did a hard reset and that was ineffective and then checked to see if maybe it was a contact problem where the screen swivels but i couldnt see anything wrong w/ it.. anyone have a similar problem?

i think i've heard of another cliesource member with the same problem from a recent thread.. i'm not sure what the problem was but i'm guessing it's a hardware issue

no it was simply broken... returned it got my money back and got a new one on the way!
