i had a chance to buy both of these units for really cheap.*under 100 dollars each*

they are both in new condition or refurbished. but where can i get a comparison on them. i can only find comparisons between series I.E. the t600 series and the N700 series. no cross comparisons.

also i would like to get your opinion on these two units. is there any other difference other than MP3 playback and memory?
(8 for 760, 16 for 615)

i am debating which one to keep.
im upgrading from a S360 which has 16mb. and is b/w

another question, if i got a memorystick for the N760 will it function as normal memory or will it be shown as an external source. also im concerened about the speed of the memorystick.

thanks if you even answered just one question.

I cant answer all your questions but a memory stick will show as "external" memory - it will not function as the internal memory does in the pda.

I have a T615 and love it....sure the colors are not "true" enough for some but its a great little PDA. If you really use the up and down buttons alot then the T615 will take some getting used to as the rocker switch has alot to be desired.

I've owned the n760, and I can tell ya that the dust creepage under the screen got annoying after a while. You shouldn't have such a problem with the T615C since it's back lit and not side lit like the n760.

But then again, the n760 has the MP3 playback along with the remote control unit and much better battery life than the T615.....

Not much of a help, am I? ;)

I'd love to know where you were able to pick them up so cheap, because I'd love to get one for backup use, especially a T615 for under $100. Would you mind disclosing your source?

I had the PEG360 and upgraded to n760. I found the n760 is a bit to bulky and a freind sold me a T615 cheaply.

Now I am contemplating to keep either one of the colour Clie.
I discover a few things:

1. Colour
n760 has a better color, try downloading a picture and comparing to T615 and n760. T615 color is too cold. Skin color look too pale on T615. n760 has a very close color replication compare to pics in PC.
Is there anyway to convert the T615 to the same vibrant colour to the n760? If yes, where can i download the patch?

2. Battery
n760 has a better battery energy retention. Both my unit are 1 year old. I think my 615 cannot last 30min per day for 15 days.

3. Memory
n760 seems to have less standard programs and hence take up less memory. Therefore trying to put more application into the T615 also has a limitation

4. Memory Stick
I think if a memory stick is to be place in the clie, the clie battery will drain off more easily. therefore i usually leave it empty.

5. TouchScreen
I feel that the n760 is less sensitive to the touchscreen.

6. Icon
T615 can change to smaller icon, n760 cannot. Anyone can advise on how to change it?

I hope that i have share some of my findings. I also hope that you guys can also solve my problem too.

Thank you.
