cjkos can read chinese but not japanese

i intalled the latest cjkos on my ux50. I can read and input all chinese characters fine, but when i open a document with japanese, all i see is either some chinese(kanji.) and the rest in garbage code. I also can't find a way to input japanese

Am i missing something here?

Its not loading the fonts correctly. If might be seeking the chinese before the Japanese. This is just a hunch:(

All three languages are working fine with my TG50, and I am using all the DB's with MSMount. Have you tried a re-install? The installer is a little complicated with so many options.

Try again istall what you thonk you need. If that does not cover it, trying adding the other parts as well one at a time.

hi, what methods are u guys installing the thing? I just used the intall.exe that came with the download. It's a pretty easy to use program, just click what u want and hotsync. maybe it is missing files something somewhere in the install.

Can u guys give me a step-by-step intall tips on how u install the CJKOS if u are doing it manually and what database files u have loaded in there so i can check that it's right
