I read somewhere about a programm with that you can do user defined hotsyncs (just the conduits you want) very easily. You just have to check the boxes of the conduits you would like to sync.
Unfortunately I forgot the name of it. Can anybody help?

GoSync is the one I use. Ultrasoft also makes one called NotSync.

I haven't looked at Go Sync yet but Ultrasoft's NotSync is here:

It is not free but it might save you time in hotsyncing your device by not doing all of the conduits and chores done by hotsync.

It seems to be updated 2006 so it might be better than NotSync. It is not free either but I think both gosync and notsync have a trial period.
