UFO for palm os!!!

As the topic says, I´ve found in another forum that a version of UFO is available for palm os, it is os5 compatible and even has enhanced sounds, buuuut it is in russian the link to the info page (in russian):

We would need the source code, or at least the resource file with the russian texts. I believe the game is freeware. Is there any way to contact the author and ask for the sources?

On the webpage it says its a demo? also I cant find anything about the developer. I tried the game it works on my palm, but of course if someone could read russian and look for an about screen then we could find more info on the developer. ANYONE OUT THERE READ RUSSIAN??

I just sent and email to him, in russian and also an english version. I asked if he could provide a english version or provide us with the source code so we could have it converted. SO let cross our fingers!

Yeah, any updates on this? UFO was one of the best single player games on the PC ever. Really looking forward to this if an English version comes out.

The download has the letters "en" in the file name. So I assume that it's the English version?! :D

Haven't installed it and tried it yet, but the prc file is called, "UFOLegacy(en).prc" I assume the "en" means English, and not Russian?

I realize this thread has been dead for a couple years.. Since this time a full version "freeware" has come available. However, I cannot find anywhere to actually register the game (you need a code.. ). THe referred site is ufolegacy.com but this site is no longer up and I have been unsuccessfull in my attempts to contact the author... I gues I was just wondering if anyone has come across a way to register this game so that you can release the full game elements.. IE keygen or crack or just a code...

Keygen does exist (read my post in the "freeware" section) However im not sure about this forum's rules as to linking to keygens. I understand this is a special case, as the author no longer supports the software and it is abandonware, so I would like site administration's input as to the legality of posting a link.

Guys, I'm glad you're all so enthusiastic about this UFO-game (which I have discovered about half a year ago - I thought everybody knew about this already ) but to be honest :
I play the original UFO Enemy Unknown on my Palm (Tungsetn C) for about 4 months.
The only thing you need is PalmUAE (Amiga emulator) and of course a copy of the Amiga game Ufo Enemy Unknown.

It really works great !

It's somewhat slow but VERY playable

Moreover...it's not in Russian ;-)

Hi there... I'm hoping this messageboard is still active. I've just recently been playing this game and I was hoping to obtain a keygen to unlock it. I've searched for the past month looking for any additional information regarding this issue and sadly found none. There are very few turn-based action games like this being made these days much less in palm format and I really want to continue the adventure. I'm at level 13 now on my character and I play the game constantly. If anyone can help me, I'd really super appreciate it!

Actually, i'ts abandonware. The author of the game has closed the website and no longer answers emails regarding it for the past 2 years. Believe me, I would definitely pay for this game if I could, but as it's no longer an option all that I can do now is try and find a working keygen or a crack. I've visited every site imaginable... even russian sites that I've had to translate into english and there are no leads.

Since someone on this forum seems to have managed to contact the developer, one shouldn't post the keygen unless the developer agrees, I think.
