I just wanted to let you all know that I've come across a very cool app which I find very handy those of us NZ users who are running out of internal ram. Currently I am using Agendus 8.01 religiously along with SlovoEd dictionary and a few other memory killers. Although I have a 128mb memory I found that JackFlash was the answer to my memory crunch. I paid for the full version and it works flawlessly. Thanks to Squeff for the lead, next I am thinking of upgrading to Lightspeed...Is anyone here using it on their NZ? If so how is it?

i've used it.. it's a nice program with a simple interface. but i prefer PXA Clocker as it has more features and functions.

lightspeed is very simple
select speed for app
click okay
has the 33mhz settings not found in pxa clocker

pxaclocker is more advanced
individual app speeds
higher clock speeds as well (but lowest is 100mhz)
also, memory card overclock (helps a lot during data important. i notice a significant speed increase in transfer)

Memory card overclock...that's cool...thanx Anitanium
Question after increasing the clock speed I plan on installing mapopolis onto my clie. I currently have about 4300k of internal ram and I have a few other apps on my memory stick. I found out the hard way that if I have anything less than 2500k of internal ram on my NZ that I am unable to view jpeg photos in Agendus Contact. I am hoping that the I could utilize some of the internal memory for the bulk of Mapopolis and store the regional map on the memory stick. My theory is that by overclocking my memory stick Mapopolis will operate at optimum speed. I have crashed and burned my clie so many time than I would like to avoid the experience again if possible...If anyone is familiar with Mapopolis please share your insites.

 Well Ladies and Gentlemen...I managed to uploaded the new Palm Nav Beta version of mapopolis unto my NZ, both the application and regional map are on my memory stick and it work great :D (The 3D Navigation view is a nice touch)...I am still in the exploration phase with PXA but I have managed to under clock the unessentials and over-clocked all of my multimedia applications(326mhz)...I have over-clocked my system default at 236mhz (please let me know of any setting you find optimum) I have seriously considered purchasing PXA to increase the performance of Mapopolis...I'll keep you all posted...

P.S. tonyreynolds I was under the impression that Zlauncher and Yishow were virtually the same, with a few minor exceptions  ...I am currently using Yishow and I have never tried Zlauncher so please forgive my ignorance...

I humbly apologize for my delayed response, the unspeakable happened...I got into fight with my NZ...but we're fine now...Anyhow I have been trying to register PXA clocker for a while...and yes I am being very calm about the whole email tag situation...I think I may have to switch to Lightspeed...
