i should probably take advantage of this to buy a launcher for my T3 . . . . but i can't decide! i don't wanna bother trying all of them . . . . it seems to be between facer and zlauncher . . . . any complaints about any of these? speed, lacking features, etc.?

I'm not sure how many skins there are available for facer, but if that's a factor for you, it may be worth looking in to. :)

Yes, I got an email with this promotion code for taking the survey also. To pass it out and use it without having actually participated in the survey is unethical, and when discovered by Handango, could result in cancellation of the promo code altogether! :eek: Let your good conscience be your guide! ;)

I wrote to Handango about this code. I want to find out who actually PAYS for it. That is, will the developer who sells an item for $10 get stuck with an extra $5 deduction from the already too high 30% Handango deduction? Or does Handango cover the $5 so that the developer doesn't take a hit for something Handango offered without the developers knowledge or approval. I suspect we developers will take the hit, as usual. :mad:

At any rate, it is not ethical to pass along a code of this nature that can potentially devastate sells profits for developers with inexpensive items.

Handango never replied directly to my email. Apparently they did reply indirectly by asking Reggie to remove the code and by cancelling the code that was distributed. I would still like to know who would pay for such promotions--Handango or the Developers? If Handango, then people can distribute as many codes as they want. If the Developers, then distributing these kinds of codes is just like downloading pirated MP3s, IMO.

Should be obvious to not share the code, as the code was given only to those who completed their survey. If Handango had wanted everyone to have it, they would have posted on their home page.
