Im on the fence about switching.

I read one users review and i love the unit even more (since i will be coming from a NX60 as well) I just want to know is there a WiFi SD card that is Palm OS usable? Bluetooth doesnt help me in anyway at all (school and home both use WiFi) Also can you put any program in landscape mode? (Preferably internet apps) And im figuring i can save 100$ by not getting the internal memory upgrade (or is it worth it?) I am ready to jump even though OS6 maybe be here soon... (I remember saying that about 1 year ago when i was getting my NX60 :() Oh well any help would be good, thanks!

There are Palm WiFi SD cards in the works, but we have been waiting for those for a long time. Hopefully, they will materialize soon, because they are starting to look like vaporware. Almost any program can be switched to lanscape mode, but if they are not designed to work in fullscreen (320x480) landscape mode, then they will be 320x320 landscape. As far as internet apps go, the Tapwave web browser supports fullscreen landscape, and Snappermail does too. I us AIM, it only runs in 320x320 landscape.

As far as the memory thing goes, I honestly recommend spending the extra $100 to get the 128 mb Zodiac2. You can get the Zod1 (32mb) and get some SD cards and use ZLauncher or Powerrun to run apps & data off of the card, but some things (especially the Tapwave major title game files) have to stay in Ram, and why risk running out? Hope this helps.

Yes thank you very much.

Due to the fact that there is not yet anything for WiFi, and that OS6 is (hopefully) on the horizon, i think ill wait and see. If OS6 does nothing big, and the
Wifi is out by then i will make sure to get one- and by that time i will have enough for the zod2. Thanks Del.

Tempted by the Zodiac myself, but then I like the shrinkable nature of my T3 too much. There is no way I could fit a Zodiac + Case in my trousers pocket.

That and you cannot get them in the UK yet.
