Am I really the only one who needs to be able to print out my Clie Memo files, yet does not know how to do it? Has anyone figured this out? I can't believe others don't need this.

I don't even use the memo function really. I use Document to go for taking notes etc. That way I can print from there.

I use the memo. But I can't imagine ever needing to print them out when I have them in my Clie.

But here's how you do it:

<ul>

<li>In Palm Desktop, go to your memo pad.</li>

<li>highlight the memo(s) you want to print out (there are also some other options that you will see on one of the screens)</li>

<li>File | Print</li>

<li>Under 'print options', choose either the whole category, a range of memos, or the selected memos</li>

<li>hit O.K.</li>

<li>Voila!</li>

</ul>

Oops, that's supposed to be a list, but html in posts is turned off. Just ignore the <tags></tags>.

I think he was refering to the ClieMemo app, not the MemoPad app.

Great tip though, I always copy and paste my memos into Docs to Go, then I print them in Word on my desktop.

I guess you could always use a screenshot program to do this too, if you dont have DTG I mean.

Sorry, printing from the Clie is not one of it's strong points. I am looking for a printing app myself, besides PrintBoy or having to have a network printer.

The CLIEMemo app is great for taking quick notes in your own handwriting before properly entering the data into its proper place. You can use ScreenShotHack to take a screenshot of each page -- the nice thing is that, with the Screenshot Hack PC conduit installed, each page is automatically dropped into a directory of your choice in JPG format, and erased from the CLIE. That makes the whole thing relatively painless.

Originator of post-----> I have been asking this for a long time. Don't you think Clie memo is a really good notetaking application.

mashoutposse-Is Screenshothack free, and does it work with os five?
