The screen in my NX80 is insensitive in the graffiti area.
I don't know what to do, i have the best buy extended warranty, so i could go to best buy and ask them, but they don't carry this palm anymore.
So, what are my options?
Should i go to best buy and ask them what to do?
What else?
Thanks

It's a known issue withe NX80, but it went away when I installed my screen protector.
For me it was just another reason to get the protectio that my creen should have anyway.
Good Luck!

Well, i didn't explained it well,
i've got my clie 6 months ago, the 11dec last year, and it has been working since then, but lastly the screen has been becoming insensitive.
It has a screen protector since i taken the clie out of the box, and it has worked perfectly, but the screen is losing sensitivity, and i'm getting really hard to write graffiti.

OIC
Then if a new screen protector doesn't do it for you (as it did for me) then you may have to go the route that myself and others have with your BB warranty.
Since BB no longer carries the series we had to call the 800 # to initiate a case, get proof from the BB that the product is inop/broken, purchase the product (I did so online), send them a copy of the receipt, warranty info and the they finally reimburse you.

That is a great idea, but there is a little problem here.
I live in mexico, close to the border, and bought it in Laredo's Best Buy.
i've used my Extended Warranty once, on december, because i bought my clie in august and the power button stoped working.
So, the first time i used it, just came to store, and got a new clie.
Now that the extended warranty has changed, i can't just take a trip to laredo and get a new clie, so i need a better plan for this, because i don't have a house in the u.s. to get my money back for the "new clie" i should buy.
Ideas?
Thanks

Well, may be not the extended warranty, but the environment  .
When i bought it, i could just walk-in and get a new clie.
Now, they don't carry clies anymore, so i can't just come to best buy and get a new clie, i should get into a process that i can't afford.
The last time i used my extended warranty, it took just 20 minutes the whole process of checking that it is not working, go to palms departament, get a new clie, and over.
Now, it's different, because their palms departament is almost empty :(

OIC.
That's exactly what happenned to me.
The way I explained above was the only way I could get a new one under the warranty program and it really wasn't too much of a hassle.
Once you initiate the process all you need is the form from your BB stating your palm has problems.
What's really strange though is that they let me keep the old NX80 as well as reimbursing me.

Nah.
I haven't been able to open the back to investigate any further, but I know the battery's good and so it's cool to have spare parts like the screen, battery and so on, but it would have actually been cool to be able to kicked start it back to life again.
I don't have the right tool to open the thing up and I could crak it open I'm not certain what I'd look for other than loose wires and such.
Does anyone know what I could use to open other Sony's tool.
Maybe the tech folks at BB would crack it open for me.
