Difference between NZ90/G/H?

Here in australia, the sony sells the NZ90/G. I've seen in other countries that its the H model. Are there any differences?

I think SONY wants to differentiate their sale region. In Singapore, the model is 'G' too. Probably the Japanese model will has a different code, as the nz90 has the felica function (i.e. reading smart card) which will not be put on the 'English' nz model.
