I finally started tracking my battery during normal use and playing MP3s. Haven't tested to empty yet, but have some interesting results:
Normal Use:

2.5 3.88 52 (farthest I've gone w/o needing to Hotsync something)
Normal Use:

Switch to MP3 play w/screen off starting at 30 minutes, then checked:
2.0 3.98 78
2.5 3.95 70
2.7 3.93 69 (done listening, then Hotsynced)
For playing MP3s, I use AeroPlayer set to 150 MHz with PXAClocker. This produced an incredibly flat, level battery-use profile while playing MP3s. My normal use includes some apps underclocked but the system, launcher, and my some apps at 400 MHz. All times measured in BatteryGraph 1.21. I delete the database before removing the T3 from the cradle in the morning so I can get accurate data for the day. Unfortunately, BG doesn't distinguish between being on in the cradle and being on battery.
