I can't switch on and off my palm

I've forced reset it but still couldn't work but the weird thing is that after sliding down (for camera mode) i could switch it on

Battery is fully charged as well

I restored a friends T1 recently and had the same problem. Solution?
Well it is a bit long, check on here in about 6 hours and i will have editted this post with a How To that will work. I am at work and getting funny looks from the boss.
