Zire 71 screen rotate

Is their a program like the T3 rotate in which the zires screen can be rotated left or right?

Have a look here http://www.byteswapped.com/palm/ "Flip hack" will rotate the screen 90 degrees left or right as well as flip 180. This program worked well with my old visor prism, you may want to confirm it will work with the Zires. It does require a hack manager.

Also I did see a Da that rotated the screen, although again I am not sure it's compatible. Try a search of Google for rotate da.

Why would you want to rotate the square 320x320 screen 90 degrees? Surely it will be the same?

I want it to rotate so it is easier to hold, well i think it is anyway. It is also not a noticeable when it is rotated, the zire, and when it is on a table and you are writing or doodling my hand always manages to hit something and another program opens.

It would be potentially practical for the Z72. The PIM and 5-way nav layout is similar to the TT3, so ppl playing games may have an easier time with left and right movement on older apps that use the PIMs for left and right since they wouldn't support left and right on the 5-way. Of course the TT3 alr needs it to switch betw wide/tall screen as well.

^^ that's true, but there are some (tho few from wat i kno) hacks and "hacks" that have been implemented for OS5
