jbizzy226 - It depends on the format the picture is in. If it's a JPG on the card, then it needs to be in \Palm\Programs\ZLauncher\Backgrounds on the card, and then the Theme Manager (Menu, Theme Manager) will see it and allow you to pick it. If it's a ZLanucher pdb, then it can be either in that directory or on the device itself. Also, it might be wise to start new threads rather than reply to really old threads when asking a new question. :)
