Okay, just got my new (and oohh so fine!) NOKIA 6230, and was of course thinking that, finally, bluetooth connection to my T3!! But nooo, there are no drivers for my phone on the T3 itself and I have no luck when I try the "phone link updater". My model's not in the list :(

Saw a previous thread here, someone who hade modified a driver for SE T610 to one for SE T630. Is there any possibility that the same thing has been done for the drivers for my nokia?

Thanx

/Daniel

Try the Nokia 6310i driver instead. It may work.

Let us know how it goes.

yep, this mobile phone's got issues with PDAs. First it asks for a 16 digit passkey and when the T3 is trying to pair with the phone, the phone displays a "Remote SIM Mode"!!! very wierd eh? I'm not sure what's a "Remote SIM Mode" anyway. Any users with such problem??

I think that the "remote SIM mode" has something to do with car-handsfree or somthing like that (they speak of it in the manual). I have the same problem, when u try to pair the 6230 with the T3, the 16 digit passkey comes up and when u then try to send sms or make a call, it doesn't work. Anyone have a solution for the problem? I still haven't managed to find a proper driver for the 6230 either :(

the Nokia 6310 driver work for the internet connection (GPRS...) but not for the direct dialing or to send SMS...
