I am looking for software that would show more infomation under appointments made in Outlook.

Currently with the default software I cannot recall who was invited to a meeting that I had scheduled in outlooked and sync with my Treo. The Treo only show the appointment but not the attendies.

Can anyone recomend a software package?

I don't have specific information regarding which PIM apps retain and show meeting attendee information, but the two most comprehensive PIM apps are Agendus (www.iambic.com) and Datebk5 (http://www.pimlicosoftware.com/). I'd start my search with these.

You will want to use Beyond Contacts by Dataviz. Here (http://www.dataviz.com/products/beyondcontacts/bc_fields.html) is a list of the Outlook fields Beyond Contacts supports. I do not use the software myself (Agendus is more than enough for me) but I have heard good things about it. One word of warning though, I believe Beyond Contacts stores the information in its own database on the Palm not in the standard Palm databases.

Well I ended up getting Beyond contacts and while it does capture the attendees under established meeting sthere are several things that I do not like.

It uses a seperate database that the orignal palm application so I am now reaching the conclusion that I should just delete the orignal palm apps since these will no longer syc .

I ended up with multiple duplications within my contact list when I attempted to sync where I did not have these duplications before.

While in contacts entering a phone number i have to use the shift key where as the palm app defaults to numbers without having to use th eshift key.

I have only used the app over a day but am not really impressed based upon the cost. But at least I have my attendees list now.

Did you purchase Beyond Contacts or are using the demo? If demo, you may also want to check out KeySuite. Its made by Chapura, which makes the fabulous PocketMirror.

KeySuites is very similar in functionality to Beyond Contacts, but has, in my opinion, a much nicer appearance. It also maintains and displays meeting attendee information.

See here if interested:

BTW, I'm glad lesliefranke posted. I had totally forgotten about Beyond Contacts and KeySuite.

Well just for your information, Chapura Pocket mirror has caused numerous headaches with my Outlook.
Once I downloaded the software into my computer Outlook started to crash and sometimes wouldn't even come on.
I had to delete it and use Palm Desktop to sync.
Ever since I uninstalled it from Outlook everything is back to normal. Outlook no longer crashes and I have no notice any long term damage.

I'm not sure if this has happened to any one else. But that was my experience with Chapura and my Outlook.
