JPluck and various crashes

Hi everyone, long time no see.

Just recently updated my JPluck installation to 2.15 after I was having trouble with 2.11 (I think). Anyway, now, when I hotsync, I always get a message saying "ddhelp" crashed, right after the JPluck conduit finishes, or other times, it says "conduit.dll" crashes, then "ddhelp" crashes. Is this a recurring problem in 2.15 or is this a problem on my end? Thanks for the help.

Seems like it's the conduit module that is having the problem. Did you try an uninstall and then install again? I remember last time i updated my JPluck there were incompatibility issues for the conduit and you're forced to uninstall-reinstall the program... try that.
