Palm Freeze

I bought my palm early this year and there was no problem until three days ago. It starts to freeze one time every day. And every time it freezes I am using some application
This problem can be rectified by the soft reset.
But I have to do a soft reset every day.
What exactly is the problem? How can I solve it?
Can someone help me out

Does it freeze with only 1 application? If so, which one is it?

the first time it froze, I was switching on the palm using the navigator button and it froze on the time/ date page. The second time it froze, I think I was using the tasks app. but it showed a all white screen when it froze. I cant remember the third time

sorry, meant to say that it basically sounds like you have a corrupt or imcompatable app.

what that typically means is that you have to do a hardreset, then individually add back your apps one by one until you find the culprit. do not simply hotsync your backup folder back.
