There are certain areas of my screen that no longer recognize any touch. I can't get to many buttons to select them.
Also, some software is causing a "fatal exception" very often which requires a reset. What is causing this?

Well, the Fatal Exception could be ANYTHING!
If you list what you have installed I may be able to help...
Do the Fatals only happen with certain software - some things are not so compatable with OS5...
As for lack of sensitivity - well, that could also be a few things... Do you have a screen protector? Have you dropped it or got it wet? Has it always done it?
More detail please!
Note: I hope it is a TC you have, I notice you have posted this in 3 different places around PalmOneCity

I'm new and I wasn't sure which category my question fit in.
I have a Tungsten C.
The fatal exception only occurs with my "Amazing World Game" so I can guess the cause of it, if not the reason. I'm just worried about the effect of reset after reset after reset etc.
As far as the screen sensitivity, I installed the TCUpdate2 file for the OS and it looks like the screen is working...for now.
In general, it seems like games screw the thing up the most. I have had to remove other games completely because of various effects on the whole system. And I'm not talking games that take up huge parts of the memory. Mostly small and simple ones.
Has adobe acrobat been known to cause problems on the Palm OS? I know the regular version causes some problems for my desktop computer and I see that the Palm version is massive compared to all my other applications.

Hmmm, not had many Adobe problems.
As for games, well many were written before PalmOS5 was made, using shortcuts in the programming to get the best out of the older processors.
As a result there are quite a few older games which are not compatable.
Amazing world works ok on my T3 - but I have heard of problems, let the developers know about it, there may be a fix they know of.
Apart from that - Welcome to PalmOneCity!
