Photo sync help

after un- and reinstalling Palm Desktop several times to attept to rectify the problem, I still cannot sync any of my new Device or Expansion card photos to palm desktop. pics taken before this started happening are still on my hard drive, any still are visible, but pics taken from Saturday, April 3rd to the present will not sync. pics taken prior to that synced perfectly. any suggestions?

This is the only suggestion i have, enter hotsync manager and click on CUSTOM . A box should come up and it lists what to do with all of the Zire 71 functions. Click on PALM PHOTOS and make sure it says SYNCHRONIZE THE FILES , if it already says this then i cant help if it doesnt then follow the steps:
- Click on Palm Photos
- Then click on change
- Then click the SYNCHRONIZE FILES circle
- Tick the box that says SET AS DEFAULT
- Click ok then done, setup finished - PHEW
