video players

i have used kinoma and the trial for mmplayer but videos must be converted to kinoma to be able to be played and in mmplayer the video display is small. i need a simple video application that doesnt need converting and if it does need converting software to play let it be free, please, im tired of seeing crappy unreliable software cost money. thanks the anyone who can help.

In MMPlayer tap the video while it is playing for full screen, tap again to restore the skin. It also plays mp3s, costs money and is reliable for me.
