Is there any way to re arrange the icons on the T3?

I wish to group the most used programs together.

2 ways:

What launcher are you using? If it is the standard PalmOS launcher (why???) then just tap the menu in the top right, probably says "all" at the moment. Then choose "Edit Catagories" and set it up how you want.

To move Applications from catagory to catagory simply tap you Menu button, then choose "App", then choose "Category". You will be presented with a list of Apps and you can choose where to put them.

I recommend ZLauncher - then you can re-arrange things via Drag and Drop! Alternatively Launcher X served me well for a long time and is easy to pick up.

If you're planning on sticking with the default palm launcher, you can also hold the stylus on the "home" icon on the taskbar...it will pop up a list of the last 5 or so progs you've run.

Thats very true. You can also change the 4 silkscreen buttons on the Virtual Graffiti panel the same way.
