T2- Ball busting PROBLEMS! >.<

Pls help! I got my T2 not long ago, I have heard in the forum T2 is pratically bullet proof, but not in my case!

- Battery charging problem, nevers seems to be fully charged or charged at all!

- Very senitive to Shocks phyically, then it Hard reset itself

- Hard reset ocassionally which case me to lose all data base!

IS BUSTING MY BALL! HELP

#1 did it ever work properly?

#2 Did you leave in to charge for 4-8 hrs ever? The Tungsten series batteries seem to want to be charged for a while in order to hold the charge. This could have something to do w/your problems.

However, if you've had physical shocks on your T2, this could be the issue....

Hi might sound silly.

Try to do a hard rest first; I'd advice backing up your data first. Also you could then try and let it drain down fully after the hard reset. Then charge as you would a new palm handheld for approximately 4 hours. I have never had any such problems except with my palm TE the above cured it.
If not take it back or try and exchange it.

I usually leave my T2 on the cradle for it to charge over nite... but still it never seem to have a full charge!?

Simple solution, take it back and get it replaced.
