Zlauncher Background Images

Hi everyone,
I am trying to install the Zlauncher BackImages to my Palm at the moment, however, when I copy the images to /Palm/Programs/Zlauncher/BackImage on my SD card, and open up Theme Manager, the 'BackImages' tab does not appear. Could somebody tell me why this happens?

Furthermore, does anyone know how to convert photos taken by my digital camera (.jpg) into backimages?

Don't know why you are not seeing the Back Image Tab at all, that's strange, as for taking jpg's and making ZL Background .pdb files you may want to check out the following it's a great utility!!!! (it's one method)
